Ward Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)

- Professional and personnel management of the ward

- Ensuring high-quality and needs-based care

- Leadership, support and development of employees

- Planning and coordination of daily ward operations and staff deployment

- Promotion of a respectful and constructive team culture

- Collaboration with internal and external specialist departments as well as relatives

- Further development of care quality

- Active participation in care with exemplary function

- Application and implementation of RAI instruments in the care process

- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH

- Several years of solid leadership experience

- Experience with RAI NH and RAI HC required
