Reception Team Leader (a)

• You lead the reception team with three employees with a natural, motivating manner and create an environment where commitment, enthusiasm, and team spirit are lived.
• Together with your team, you ensure a professional, warm welcome for visitors and embody Baumer's partnership values.
• You ensure a well-maintained, inviting reception area that reflects precision, reliability, and quality.
• You organize a quick, reliable reception and forwarding of phone calls – friendly, efficient, and service-oriented.
• You support the business in administrative tasks and actively contribute to smaller projects where you make an impact with your ideas.
• You plan and organize internal and external events with great care, overview, and a sense for details and impact.

• You have completed commercial training and have several years of experience in a comparable role, ideally with initial leadership experience.
• You communicate confidently in German (native level), French, and English and move confidently in an international, intercultural environment.
• You are a service-oriented personality with a natural, likeable, and motivating manner and can inspire and engage people.
• You work in a structured, discreet, and customer-oriented manner, bring high social competence, and have very good MS Office and SharePoint skills.
