About the job
For our business unit 'Weighing & Instrument Components' (MTWIC), which is a leader in the industrialisation and production of laboratory scales and other high-resolution gravimetric instruments, terminals, MFR force sensors, and printed circuit boards for the entire MT group, we are looking for a committed and independent Operator in PCBA SMT (Surface Mounted Technology) in a 3-shift operation 100% (all genders). In this role, you will undertake the following tasks: Setting up all production equipment. Operating the equipment and ensuring the material supply on the production lines. Quality control on all equipment. Recording faults in the quality system. Making corrections to the placement programmes. Storing components, material control, and preparing orders from the component warehouse. Operating the labelling machine. Printing on printed circuit boards. Feeding and preparing the components.
