• Ensuring care quality by adhering to the respective standards and guidelines
• Taking on tasks in logistics and housekeeping
• Contributing to the well-being of our patients
• Bringing in suggestions and ideas to actively shape the working day and thus support our sociocratic structures of co-determination.

Co-creation instead of directives: You submit your shift preferences – at least 70% of these will be considered. For the remaining planning, we will find good solutions together.

Become part of the Surgery Clinic, which with over 1,500 inpatient treatments and more than 6,000 emergency patients is one of the most important service centres. You will find an exciting field of activity with us in the disciplines of general surgery, orthopaedics, spinal surgery, gynaecology and urology. Our departments are managed according to the primary nursing system as well as sociocratic principles.
