- Development, implementation, and customization of the ITSM platform solution (ServiceNow –> not an exclusion criterion)
- Creating custom workflows, forms, and reports based on defined user stories and technical specifications
- Collaboration with stakeholders from various areas to understand requirements and develop innovative solutions
- Conducting tests and troubleshooting within the ITSM platform
- Close cooperation with stakeholders to develop technical solutions according to business requirements
Profile
- Prior knowledge of ServiceNow or willingness to thoroughly learn the platform
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Extensive experience in the development and configuration of ITSM platforms, possibly -- certification as Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
- Experience in development with JavaScript, scripting (GlideScript), and web technologies
- Team orientation, humor, as well as an independent and structured way of working
