Foreman Landscaping New Construction and Renovation (m/f/d)

Do you know landscaping, keep an overview even with demanding projects, and know how to lead a team on site? Then we definitely need to get to know each other.

For our New Construction and Renovation division, we are looking for an experienced individual who takes responsibility, organises work independently, and realises high-quality garden facilities together with their team.

Your Tasks

• Independent management of new construction and renovation sites
• Organisation and coordination of daily site operations
• Leadership, guidance, and support of employees and apprentices
• Allocation of personnel, machinery, materials, and transports
• Execution of work according to plans, specifications, and customer wishes
• Coordination with site management, customers, suppliers, and other trades
• Monitoring quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
• Maintaining site reports and recording completed work
• Active participation in all landscaping work
• Care and responsible handling of machines, vehicles, and tools
• Training of apprentices

Your Profile

• Completed training as a landscape gardener EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Further training in site management or several years of experience in a comparable role
• Solid experience in landscaping, especially in new construction and renovation
• Experience in machine operation
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in leading and developing employees and apprentices
• Sense of responsibility and a high standard of quality
• Friendly and professional manner towards customers and business partners
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B, ideally with trailer endorsement
