What to expect

• You lead, coordinate, support and coach the employees directly reporting to you in day-to-day business.
• You support your team with technical challenges and troubleshooting.
• You ensure the timely provision of materials and coordinate the billing of completed work.
• You ensure that your team has the necessary professional skills and knowledge to work safely and efficiently.
• You promote collaboration within the Customer Installations department as well as with the various areas of VITOGAZ.
• You take on budget responsibility for the Gas Centre and act entrepreneurially.

What you bring

• A completed technical education, ideally as a plumber or heating installer or building services planner specialising in heating, sanitation or ventilation.
• Several years of professional and leadership experience.
• Sound technical and commercial knowledge.
• An independent, resilient and team-oriented personality.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as enjoyment in taking responsibility.
• You communicate clearly, solution-oriented and on equal terms.
• Further training as a chief plumber or master plumber is an advantage.
