What you accomplish:
- Medical risk assessment of incoming VVG applications (new applications, increased insurance)
- Clarification of open questions regarding individual premium supplements and reservations
- Written and telephone customer contact regarding the review of our applications
- Medical clarifications with service providers
- Processing incoming applications up to policy issuance
