Your main tasks: 

• As a workshop professional, you carry out service, repair and overhaul work on agricultural machinery of various brands.
• Manufacture of spare and replacement parts as well as implementation of individual conversions and modifications.
• Planning and implementation of technical adjustments and special equipment.
• Professional support and training of apprentices (agricultural machinery mechanics EFZ).
• Support of qualification procedures (IPA) and preparation of educational reports.
• Optionally, there is the possibility to take over the deputy workshop management with additional responsibilities.

Your profile:

• Qualified agricultural machinery, construction machinery or truck mechanic EFZ
• Completed vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it promptly
• Enthusiasm for mechanical technology, patience and enjoyment in working with young people
• Your working method is independent, precise, solution-oriented and reliable, with polished manners
• Your soft skills: resilient team player with very good German skills (spoken and written)
