Our client is a progressive non-profit organisation in the field of outpatient care and support, operating on behalf of several municipalities in the Zurich Oberland. With around 50 employees, the company enables sick, impaired or convalescent people of all ages to live independently at home, relying on modern work tools and contemporary employment conditions. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed individual as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF with daily responsibility and case management, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF 50-80 (m/f/d)

- Performing comprehensive nursing measures in complex client situations - Ensuring good nursing quality according to quality standards - Creating meaningful and appropriate nursing documentation - Responsibility for the entire nursing process including needs assessments - Ensuring the flow of information to superiors and employees - Conducting discussions with general practitioners, relatives and hospitals - Correct electronic service recording - Guiding and supervising employees in deployment - Participating in measures for occupational safety and health protection - Monitoring wound status and wound treatments - Care, advice and training of employees as wound expert

- Completed training as Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH, DN2, AKP - Practical professional experience, preferably in Spitex organisation - Experience with interRAI desirable - Good IT user skills required - Driving licence category B mandatory - Further training as wound expert advantageous - High client and service orientation - High communication, self and social competence - Resilient, innovative and flexible personality
