For the Regional Debt Enforcement Office Rheinfelden/Magden/Kaiseraugst and Olsberg, we are looking for a clerk 60% immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks:

Processing debt enforcement according to the guidelines of the SchKG and EG SchKG
Delivery of debt enforcement documents
Issuing debt enforcement register extracts electronically and at the counter
Processing legal assistance orders
Supporting the debt enforcement officers in administrative matters
Providing debt enforcement-related information at the counter and by phone
General administrative tasks We expect:
A commercial basic education is a prerequisite. You preferably have experience in public administration as well as professional experience in debt enforcement. In addition, you convince with your ability to work in a team, resilience, interconnected thinking, and good assertiveness. You are used to finding the right words in difficult conversations and keep an overview even in hectic times. Your goal- and customer-oriented way of working as well as your pronounced service orientation complete your profile. What we offer:
