Bilingual French-German Receptionist 50% (M/F)

Mission:
- Answer and manage telephone calls, quickly establish connections with correspondents, while courteously responding to internal and external information requests
- Welcome visitors professionally, control access, distribute and manage visitor badges
- Handle various administrative responsibilities, including managing company vehicles, monitoring prepaid cards, and processing mail and deliveries in collaboration with the relevant departments
- Organize activities and events related to employees (anniversaries, retirements, weddings, etc.) and train apprentices on reception tasks
- Manage specific situations related to alarms and other incidents, while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of procedures, ensuring confidentiality, and providing advice adapted to their area of expertise
Profile:
- Holder of a commercial employee CFC or equivalent training, with 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position, including the use of a telephone switchboard
- Bilingual German/French spoken, with good knowledge of English; corporate first aid training desired
- Available, flexible, versatile, analytical mindset, sense of organization and reception, with a neat appearance and great discretion
- Excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills, team spirit, stress resistance, and quick-wittedness to manage priorities efficiently
