Residential and individual commercial properties in the Lucerne area. Independent mandate management, complex cases and an important professional role in the team.

This is what you do with us

• Independent management of an existing portfolio with residential and commercial properties
• Direct support of selected ownerships and tenants
• Classify and solve complex tenancy law, technical and economic cases
• Accompany renovation and maintenance issues together with internal and external partners
• Contribute expertise to the team and support less experienced colleagues

This is what you bring with you

MUST-HAVE

• Professional certificate in property management
• Several years of experience in managing rental properties
• Confident knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
• Independent and structured working method with clear priority management
• Reliable and solution-oriented communication

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with institutional ownerships or larger key clients
• Experience with more demanding renovation, conversion or maintenance projects
• Experience with commercial tenancy agreements or mixed-use properties
