The Insurance Desk team of Zürcher Kantonalbank is an independent insurance broker. It is responsible for insurance consulting for private clients residing in Switzerland and works closely with our sales team, the cantonal banks, and our insurance partners. Furthermore, we handle the entire policy life cycle including accounting and reporting.

Your Tasks – Shape More
- Responding to customer inquiries and inquiries from our sales team, the cantonal banks, and insurance partners in German and French, both in writing and by phone
- Handling all administrative tasks related to the insurance portfolio
- Creating and sending reports/analyses
- Conducting customer conversations up to the insurance conclusion
- Creating and comparing insurance offers including sending to and following up with clients
- Contributing to product accounting
- Participating in projects, supporting the creation of test cases and testing our insurance system
- Identifying and implementing process optimizations
Your Profile – Bring More
- Insurance broker VBV, insurance specialist with federal diploma or financial planner with federal diploma (one qualification required)
- Completed commercial apprenticeship at a financial institution desired
- At least 3 years of experience in customer contact, experience in life insurance is an advantage
- Very good German skills and preferably good French skills
- Flair for data and numbers
- High customer, service, and team orientation
- Independent, precise, and organized working style
- Engaged, goal-oriented, resilient, and flexible personality
