Learner Restaurant Specialist EFZ

You will work during the three-year apprenticeship in our à la Carte and pension restaurants "Pilatus" and "Panorama" and at the "Café Bar Rigi". You will also be involved in banquets and seminars, in room service, and at the buffet. Inventory management, ordering processes, and menu design are also part of your training. Once a week, you will attend vocational school.

You will often work on weekends, have shifts with and without room hours, and working hours usually until around 8:30 PM.

We expect

• completed school education
• team spirit and enjoyment of working in a team of over 30 people
• pleasure in dealing with older people
• very good German language skills
