What you will achieve

• Friendly and professional care and service of our internal and external guests
• Attractive presentation and serving of dishes
• Operation of the cash register including billing
• Preparation and provision of mise en place
• Proper preparation of salads and participation in the development of new variations
• Support in planning, preparation and execution of aperitifs, special and VIP events 
• Ordering, checking and proper storage of food and supplies
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in the kitchen as well as proper handling of dishes and work materials
• Consistent compliance with the hygiene concept (SKHB) and applicable hygiene and safety regulations
