To strengthen our team in Brüttisellen we are looking for a Property Manager Residential 80-100%

Your tasks

• Independent management of a residential portfolio with a few commercial units, mostly private owners, together with the support of an administrator
• Acceptance and handover of rental properties
• Monitoring dunning processes, rent determination, budget preparation, and occasional and manageable reporting
• Handling conciliation cases
• Communication with owners, tenants, craftsmen, suppliers, authorities, and caretakers
• Professional leadership of a junior property manager and an administrator, as well as support of the team leader in certain leadership tasks
• Support (final check) of annual financial statements and heating and operating costs prepared by the property accounting department
• Participation in processes and digitalisation projects

Profile

• 2-3 years of professional experience in property management; federal specialist certificate as property manager required
• Service orientation, precise working method, good organisation
• Very good communication skills and confident appearance
• Good IT skills (MS Office; GaraioREM an advantage)
• Driving licence category B
