• Scheduling medical appointments for patients
• Appointment coordination in therapeutic areas
• Electronic communication, processing documents electronically

Your Profile

• Completed training as a commercial clerk or as an MPA
• Professional experience in a comparable role in healthcare is an advantage
• Good PC skills (MS Office), knowledge of KISIM is also an advantage
• Strong communication skills with high organisational talent and a networked way of thinking
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Committed, friendly and customer-oriented manner, resilient and flexible personality
• High quality awareness
