Your Tasks

You actively shape everyday life, the activation program, and sociocultural events and independently and/or collaboratively conduct the activities.
With joy and commitment, you support and accompany our residents.
Collaboration with external partners as well as interdisciplinary cooperation with all departments in the house are natural for you.

What You Bring

A completed further education as a specialist in activating care (FAB) or care specialist EFZ (focus on elderly people, people with disabilities, generalist training) as well as professional experience in long-term care characterize you.
You enjoy working with elderly people and have very good oral and written German skills.
Knowledge of MS Office is highly appreciated.
Independence and creativity are understandably among your strengths, and resilience as well as flexibility are additional plus points.
In addition, you are an organizational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient and structured.
