Your Area of Responsibility and Influence:

You…

• lead the timber construction department team and specifically develop your employees
• are responsible for the operational day-to-day business and customer satisfaction and actively participate in daily operations
• independently prepare the budget for sales and contribution margin 1 (CM1)
• operationally support the field sales team in their daily work
• advise our customers by phone and in person – competently and solution-oriented
• independently gain an overview of new products and analyse the market situation
• take on general tasks related to consulting and order processing

This is the kind of person you are:

You have/are…

• completed a commercial or carpenter apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• professional experience in the timber trade or verifiable experience in internal sales
• a sales personality with a can-do attitude and proven leadership experience
• friendly, convincing and with the right instinct for customers, with a strong sales presence and clear communication
• proficient in common Office programmes, BC is an advantage
