Your tasks and our desired profileYour tasks

• Overall responsibility for the operational management of the HR department
• Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle – from entry to exit
• Recruitment of specialists and executives in cooperation with line managers
• Consultant and sparring partner for management and executives in all HR matters
• Coaching and support of employees on personnel and organizational issues
• Control and optimization of HR systems (e.g., Umantis, PeopleDoc, TimeTool)
• And much more

Our desired profile

• Completed further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate
• Several years of professional experience in a leading HR role
• Sound knowledge of operational human resources management
• Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security
• Leadership experience as well as strong communication and consulting skills
• High initiative, social competence, discretion, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
