Your tasks and our desired profileYour tasks
- Overall responsibility for the operational management of the HR department
- Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle – from entry to exit
- Recruitment of specialists and executives in cooperation with line managers
- Consultant and sparring partner for management and executives in all HR matters
- Coaching and support of employees on personnel and organizational issues
- Control and optimization of HR systems (e.g., Umantis, PeopleDoc, TimeTool)

Our desired profile
- Completed further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate
- Several years of professional experience in a leading HR role
- Sound knowledge of operational human resources management
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security
- Leadership experience as well as strong communication and consulting skills
- High initiative, social competence, discretion, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
