- Record fault reports and quickly provide solutions
- Coordinate and communicate internal team processes
- Optimise systems and forward improvement suggestions
Requirements
- Completed basic training EFZ and several years of professional experience
- Passion for service tasks and independent working
- Strong social skills and customer-oriented demeanour
- Reliable person with a neat appearance
- Fluent German skills and driving licence category B
