As part of a temporary replacement, the Faculty of Business and Economics for its Career Center is looking for a Career Advisor.

Start date: August 15, 2026
Contract duration: 6 months until 31.01.2027
Work rate: 40%
Workplace: Lausanne - Chamberonne
Your activities
In your activities, you will be led to:
- Support and assist HEC students in their search for internships and jobs
- Advise students on their individual career orientations
- Provide career advice to groups of students in the form of workshops
- Inform and raise awareness among students about the services offered by the Career Center
- Participate in events and projects of the Career Center
Your profile
To complete our team, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
- University degree at Master level or equivalent title, in a relevant field
- Experience and/or certification in career coaching, ideally with a young adult population
- Mastery of career management and development tools and techniques
- Excellent listening and communication skills, very good written and oral expression
- Analysis and synthesis
- Ability to work in a bilingual environment (FR-ENG) in writing and speaking, knowledge of German is a plus
