To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Independent handling of general administrative tasks
- Support of management and departments in administrative matters
- Maintenance and updating of the company homepage (content, images, texts)
- Design of advertisements, flyers, and other communication materials with InDesign
- Management and further development of our LinkedIn presence as well as other social media channels
- Maintenance and updating of content on digital communication platforms
- Support in internal and external marketing and communication activities
Your profile
- Commercial training or comparable experience in administration
- Very good knowledge of InDesign (mandatory)
- Experience in operational management of social media channels (content, publications)
- Independent, structured way of working
- Creative flair combined with administrative accuracy
