For the Senevita Residence Nordlicht in Zurich we are looking for a Team Leader / Technician 100% immediately or by arrangement

Team Leader / Technician 100%

• You are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and surroundings
• You support the housekeeping service with all technical, electrical, and sanitary work
• You troubleshoot malfunctions and carry out various repairs
• You assist with the smooth organization of moves and apartment inspections
• You lead 2 employees and one apprentice
• You conduct safety training sessions
• You participate in internal and external meetings (occupational safety & health protection) and are a contact person for employees and residents

• Further training as a certified caretaker, maintenance specialist, or equivalent
• Further training as SIBE & SIBE fire protection or willingness to obtain it
• You are a vocational trainer
• You are not afraid of physical work and are also willing to take on on-call duties in rotation
• With your reliable and precise way of working, you achieve even the highest goals
• You have a good sense for elderly people
• You are good at organizing and coordinating
• You are a strong personality and have assertiveness
• You are familiar with common Office products and use them proficiently
• Ideally, you have knowledge of FM Tools, Campos, and Previtar
• You hold a category B driving license
