To complement our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a customer-oriented, committed, and reliable person as Field Service Manager Ticino 80%.

• You are responsible for advising and supporting doctors, practice and laboratory teams, as well as acquiring new customers; you will be supported by state-of-the-art infrastructure.
• In daily contact with our customers, you are the business card of the company.
• Your diverse tasks include the installation and training of our innovative and unique IT solutions.
• You advise your customers on the setup and operation of a practice laboratory.
• You represent Viollier at congresses.
• Several years of professional experience as a medical practice assistant
• Technical proficiency with a high affinity for IT
• Native Italian speaker, good knowledge of German and/or French
• Very good communication skills and sociability
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Flexibility and commitment
• Flair for planning and organization
• Driving license category B
