To complement our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a customer-oriented, committed, and reliable person as Field Service Manager Ticino 80%.
- You are responsible for advising and supporting doctors, practice and laboratory teams, as well as acquiring new customers; you will be supported by state-of-the-art infrastructure.
- In daily contact with our customers, you are the business card of the company.
- Your diverse tasks include the installation and training of our innovative and unique IT solutions.
- You advise your customers on the setup and operation of a practice laboratory.
- You represent Viollier at congresses.
- Several years of professional experience as a medical practice assistant
- Technical proficiency with a high affinity for IT
- Native Italian speaker, good knowledge of German and/or French
- Very good communication skills and sociability
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Flexibility and commitment
- Flair for planning and organization
- Driving license category B
