The Téléverbier Group offers its clients (1 million skier days/year) one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland with its 38 lifts and slopes at 3300m altitude. During peak season, it employs nearly 500 staff members.
Assistant at Mont-Fort Swiss Lodge + Sales Advisor at 40-80%
We are looking for a versatile employee for the Mont Fort Swiss Lodge to assist the manager (2 days per week and during her holidays) and also to hold the position as a sales advisor in various points of sale.
Your tasks:
Assistant at Mont-Fort Swiss Lodge:
- Daily customer reception with mandatory presence from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm
- Invoicing and cash register management
- Reservation schedule management
- Organization and preparation of breakfasts in compliance with HACCP standards
- Room cleaning and laundry management
- Providing information to guests during their stay
- Refilling the Sélecta at Mont-Fort Swiss Lodge and at the Chable station
- Management of the Maison des Cheneaux not before summer 2026 (guest reception, explanation of kitchen operation, conducting entry and exit inventories...)
Sales Advisor:
- Sales of subscriptions
- Cash register management
- Welcoming, guiding, and informing customers
- Customer satisfaction surveys on the ski area
Your profile:
Assistant at Mont-Fort Swiss Lodge:
- Fluency in at least 2 languages (French, English, another language is an asset)
- Experience in tourism and/or reception
- Ease in interpersonal relations and communication
- Good presentation
- Flexibility in working hours: possibility to work continuous or split shifts (for example 7 am-11 am and 5:30 pm-7 pm), depending on reservations.
- Work some weekends. Unfixed holidays.
Sales Advisor:
- Ease in interpersonal relations and communication, ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of Verbier and the 4Vallées ski area
- Stress resistance
- Cash register management
