About the job
Der Drahtesel is a division of the Sinnovativ Foundation that works in vocational integration. With clarification, coaching, and educational offers, we accompany people on their way to the primary labor market. Together with learners and participants, we operate a restaurant, shops, workshops, take care of facility maintenance, gardens, and green spaces, and manage extensive webshops.
For the labor market measure "Vocational Integration - BIN," we are looking for an Assistant: Vocational Integration, 80-100%, to start immediately or by arrangement.
This interests you / you are responsible for
- Accompanying and supporting participants in applying and other phases of job searching
- Participating in learning sequences in group settings and workshops
- Promoting the independence and personal responsibility of participants
- Preparing course materials and administrative tasks
- Participating in exchange meetings, intervisions, team workshops
You bring with you
- Professional qualification or educational degree (at least secondary level II)
- Proven professional experience (at least two years)
- Ability to competently and patiently support job seekers with their applications
- Experience in labor integration or social sector is an advantage
- Affinity for meeting diverse people with openness
- High degree of independence and strong sense of responsibility
- Good ICT user skills and very good organizational abilities
- Enjoy working in a lively, multicultural environment
