For our daycare in Morges, we are immediately looking for a:

Early Childhood Educator at 80-100%

Group: Nursery

Your mission:

• Welcome children and their families respectfully and professionally.

• Provide parenting support

• Ensure the child's psychological, emotional, and physical safety and well-being and support their overall development

• Observe, document, and analyze the child's development and learning.

• Play a preventive role with the child and their family

• Be a driving force in managing a group of children, leading the team, and proposing suitable playful activities

• Guarantee the inclusion of everyone in the educational mission

• Have a duty to alert on any breach of safety and well-treatment rules and a duty of prevention and protection of the child

• Collaborate and actively communicate with the site management and the entire educational team

Your profile:

• Certified ES or HES educator or equivalent recognized by the competent authority

• Good oral knowledge of French and ideally English

• Work ethic and sense of responsibility

• Relational and organizational skills

• Listening skills, ease of communication, and team spirit
