Your tasks
- Ensure monitoring and maintenance of technical installations, in coordination with third-party companies
- Manage breakdowns and tickets, and resolve issues independently
- Perform routine building maintenance, minor repairs and concierge tasks
- Draft requests for proposals and organise necessary interventions
- Participate in the on-call service and ensure regular presence on Saturdays
Your profile
- Proven experience and technical training in a building-related field (sanitary, heating, ventilation, electricity, etc.), with a strong service orientation and customer focus
- Versatile, autonomous and flexible, ready to provide on-call service and work on Saturdays
- Rigour, pragmatism, curiosity and exemplary discretion, with a strong sense of priorities and responsibilities
- Comfortable with IT and digital tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for administrative follow-up
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
- Category B driving licence essential
- Preferably residing in the Vevey region or within a 30 km radius
- Reliable and impeccable person (extract from criminal record and certificate from the Debt Enforcement Office required)
