Your tasks
- Definition and development of convincing value propositions for the target segments in close coordination with the sales companies
- Global consolidation and harmonization of different requirements for the value propositions
- Ensuring implementation by the relevant service providers from product management, service, application engineering, and customer service
- Definition and implementation of the go-to-market strategy together with the sales companies
- Transfer of the value propositions to the markets and ensuring successful market launch
- Continuous market and competitive monitoring in the relevant target segments
- Evaluation, analysis, and success measurement of the developed value propositions
- Systematic further development of the target segments and the associated value propositions
- Responsible for building various sub-segments in metal processing
- Co-responsible for defining the segment strategy and selecting the segments
Your profile
- Technical basic training, preferably in the field of metal processing
- Further education at university/FH/HF in engineering
- Experience in business development or in strategic market and customer projects
- The ability to understand strategic goals and independently build a segment from them
- Understanding of the structure and systematics of value propositions
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel worldwide 20-30%
