Now we are looking for you – a personality who combines enthusiasm for optometry/optical technology with entrepreneurial thinking and project management skills.

Your role with us

You are the connecting force between management, marketing, sales and production – actively shaping what tomorrow’s portfolio will look like. From the first idea to the successful launch, you drive developments forward and ensure that innovation becomes tangible.

What to expect

• Innovation in focus: You plan, control and realise product developments in the team that set standards.
• Strategic influence: Your concepts flow into international launch strategies and portfolio adjustments.
• Numbers & tools: You work with modern project management and data analysis systems – gladly also AI-supported – and manage product performance based on data.
• Storytelling & know-how: You develop convincing training, presentations and communication concepts for our partners and teams.
• Market intuition: You analyse trends, competitors and customer needs – and derive strategic decisions from them.
• Interface competence: You work closely with sales, marketing and customer service and are the professional contact in second level support.

What you bring

• A degree in optometry/optical technology, ophthalmic technology or a comparable qualification
• Enthusiasm for product development, marketing and innovation
• Technical understanding as well as enjoyment of digital tools and data
• Analytical thinking, structured working method and hands-on mentality
• Very good German and good English skills (French an advantage)
• Communication talent and enjoyment of teamwork
• Entrepreneurial thinking and pleasure in making things happen
• First experience with AI tools an advantage – not a must, but a plus
