Type of Work

• Independent management and support of tax mandates for companies and private individuals
• You will work for nationally significant larger SMEs, medium-sized companies, and groups regarding national and international tax matters
• Managing a very interesting client portfolio with very complex tax issues
• Taxes for all company changes including company formations, liquidations, restructurings, relocations, acquisitions, and sales
• Taking over succession mandates
• Supporting company sales
• Independent preparation of tax returns for legal entities or owner-managed companies as well as natural persons
• Support in the further development of the company
• Participation in tax planning and other tax projects

Requirements Profile

• You have solid experience in tax consulting and want to apply your know-how in a personal and professional environment.
• Successfully completed training as a certified tax expert or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in tax consulting
• Strong affinity for tax law and enjoyment of complex issues
• Responsible, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• High initiative and willingness to perform
• Confident and professional appearance in customer contact
• Good English skills, both spoken and written
• Enjoy working with professionals from different fields
