For our client, an established service company in the Bern region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a HR Consultant 80–100%. You can expect a versatile role with a high degree of personal responsibility, a dynamic working environment and the opportunity to actively contribute your HR experience. The workplace is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport.

Your tasks with the new employer

• You advise and support executives from various business areas in all operational and demanding HR matters and develop practical solutions together
• As a competent contact person and sparring partner, you support executives throughout the entire employee lifecycle and bring your experience to bear in complex personnel challenges
• You actively contribute to the further development of existing HR processes and tools, take responsibility in diverse HR projects and help continuously optimise personnel work
• In close cooperation with the payroll and HR administration departments, you ensure professional support for employees and ensure efficient and smooth HR processes

You offer your new employer

• You have completed vocational training as well as further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma and bring sound knowledge in human resources
• Several years of professional experience in an operational HR generalist or consulting role is required; ideally, you have experience in healthcare and in implementing HR projects
• You communicate confidently in German and have good knowledge of another national language; in addition, you impress with strong communication skills and willingness to travel occasionally within Switzerland
• You are a resilient, robust and solution-oriented personality with a quick grasp, networked thinking and a pronounced hands-on mentality, and you are able to confidently prioritise even with several parallel topics
