Responsibilities

The best possible shopping experience means, for you as Deputy Manager, optimal management regarding sales readiness, product presentation, and sales promotion.
Leading and also supporting employees: that is modern management to you.
It goes without saying that economic principles are adhered to in your department.
Also clear to you: compliance with quality and POS guidelines such as freshness/quality, hygiene, temperature regulations, and expiry dates.
When the management is absent, you take over the leadership of the sales outlet.

Completed basic training in retail or equivalent professional experience in sales? Both are suitable for us.
Leadership tasks in a comparable role: you have experience with this.
You master German perfectly: both spoken and written.
You are friendly, team-oriented, and present yourself well.
