About the job

As part of our team, you ensure the secure and reliable operation of our IT infrastructure. You complement the onsite service and can immediately contribute practically. You are responsible for our Managed Print Services, manage various end devices, and support the Digital Signage and Communication services. You ensure smooth operations and plan the further development of the services, in close collaboration with the infrastructure team and the stakeholders in the hospital. Additionally, you are responsible for all procurements within the team. As a secondary task, you support the Service Desk and, after careful training, take on on-call duties (about three weeks per year). Updating and managing the necessary documentation is also part of your responsibilities.

Start date immediate or by arrangement.

• IT specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent training with several years of experience
• In-depth knowledge of printing with PaperCut and HP printers desirable
• Professional experience in healthcare is an advantage
• Independent and reliable working style, flexible and communicative team player
• Good German skills as well as a secure understanding of English-language documentation and the ability to communicate in simple technical conversations
