Medical Device Technologist or Technical Sterilisation Assistant (60% - 100%)
Your Challenge
- Proper preparation and processing as well as care and sterilisation of instruments and materials for the operating area and wards, taking into account legal requirements and quality standards
- Qualified operation of existing equipment (RDG, sterilizers, pass-through sealing devices, steamers, etc.) including carrying out routine checks
- Assembly of operating theatre instrument trays, sets and individual items
- Management of stock for sterile and non-sterile materials
- Documentation, compilation and release of sterilisation batches
Your Profile
- Training as a Medical Device Technologist or Technical Sterilisation Assistant (Expertise 1/2)
- Several years of solid professional experience in a central sterilisation unit is an advantage
- Committed, responsible and team-oriented working style
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Good PC skills
- Integrative personality with good prerequisites for working in a small team and a friendly manner with different stakeholders
- Willingness to work on-call duties at weekends and public holidays
