Job Description

As a MOM Expert, you report to the Head of Industry PMO & Operational Excellence and you are the functional reference for Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) solutions. You thus support their evolution to sustain the performance, quality, and traceability of our industrial operations.

At the interface between business and IT teams, you gather requirements, manage application developments, and contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes.

In this context, your activities include:

• Analysing and formalising user needs in collaboration with business teams
• Managing the evolution of MOM/MES solutions and coordinating their deployment
• Providing functional support and assisting users in adopting the tools
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of production, quality, and traceability data
• Participating in industrial digital transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborating with IT teams to ensure the integration of MOM systems with ERP, PLM platforms, and other industrial applications
• Contributing to the harmonisation of processes and standards on a global scale

Qualifications

• You hold a higher education degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent field
• You have 7 years of experience in an industrial environment and with MES/MOM solutions
• You master production, quality, and traceability processes
• You have a good understanding of industrial application ecosystems (MES, ERP, PLM, WMS)
• You have experience in project management and change management
• You demonstrate excellent analytical skills, rigour, and a strong customer orientation
• You know how to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in an international environment
• You are proficient in French and English
• You speak French fluently and English is an additional asset
