The Center Management Glatt takes care of the most successful shopping centre in Switzerland with great passion and on behalf of the owner. With a small, efficient team, we ensure all services in the areas of centre management and marketing as well as technical, infrastructural and commercial building management around this property. Our customers are at the centre with the aim of offering our over 9 million annual visitors a relaxed, varied and unique shopping experience.

Your tasks

• You maintain, repair, clean and inspect our properties
• You carry out general logistics and disposal work
• You assist with car park cleaning and perform winter services, including on-call duty
• You check escape and rescue routes and initiate measures
• You are the contact person for customers, tenants and suppliers for individual matters
• You perform work for third parties and support event setups and events

Your profile

• You preferably have completed training in the field of caretaking, operational maintenance or a comparable qualification
• You hold a driving licence B/BE and ideally a forklift certificate or are willing to obtain one
• You communicate in German, both spoken and written
• You have no problems working at heights with various lifting equipment
• You present yourself confidently and neatly and have pleasant manners
• You are resilient and willing to take on irregular work assignments (early and late shifts / Monday to Saturday / occasionally also at night or on Sundays)
• You can use the most common MS Office applications
