Your tasks:
- You bear overall responsibility for our care center with 300 beds, 86 senior apartments, and more than 400 employees
- You take over the organizational, personnel, and financial management within the framework of the service mandate and our strategy
- Together with the executive management, you live and promote a positive corporate culture based on respect, openness, and innovation
- You actively shape the change in the care sector through modern approaches and technologies
- In addition, you represent the care center externally and play an important role in contact with referrers, the cantonal authorities, the region, and the city of Baden
Your profile:
- Professionalism
You can look back on a nursing, commercial, or technical basic education supplemented by a business administration education (MBA, EMBA) and have further trained in Health Care Management
- You bring several years of professional experience in personnel management, business administration, and in the management of a care center or a similar institution
- Leadership competence
Your leadership style is participative and motivating, you like people and know how to inspire them for the daily challenges. Empathy and appreciation are not empty words for you but lived values
- Personality
You have broad interests, think in networks, are strong in implementation, can translate theory into practical action, and have the ability to help shape and support change processes
- Social competence
You are empathetic, find it easy to approach people and make contact, can win your environment for ideas, problem solutions, and initiatives, can express needs clearly, listen actively, adapt to very different conversation partners, and orient your work according to ethical principles and values
