Responsibilities

• Independent administrative and technical management of diverse properties
• Rental of residential and commercial properties
• Support for owners, tenants, service providers, and authorities
• Conducting apartment inspections and handovers
• Coordination of maintenance and renovation work as well as chairing owners' meetings

Requirements

• Professional experience in property management
• Further training with a professional certificate or willingness to train
• High social competence and negotiation skills
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Service orientation and IT affinity
