To successfully fulfil our tasks in our sporting and performance-oriented environment, we need a convincing team.

From 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed Finance Specialist.

Do you want to do more than just book and close accounts? With us, you actively shape financial planning, budgeting, closing processes and the further development of the internal control system. At the same time, you make an important contribution to the further development of the largest multisport federation in Switzerland.

Your area of responsibility

• Accurate and timely management of accounts receivable/payable, financial and asset accounting of the STV central cash office and VAT accounting
• Planning, preparation and execution of financial planning, budgeting and closing processes
• Sparring partner for department heads on budget matters and financial evaluations
• Further development and supervision of the internal control system
• Support and relief of the Head of Finance & Services in daily business
• Participation in projects, especially in the digitalisation of processes

Your profile

• Education – Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting (e.g. accounting clerk, finance and accounting specialist or equivalent)
• Professional experience – Financial accounting including annual financial statements
• IT skills – Good user knowledge of IT (Office products) as well as knowledge of the financial solution Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage
• Language skills – Confident German, good French skills in spoken and written form are an advantage
• Flexible & independent working style – committed, resilient and customer-oriented
• Sport at heart – Membership of an STV club is an advantage but not a must
