Job summary

Tasks
- Caring for children ages 10 to 16 in one group.
- Supporting kids and teens aged 10 to 18 in four groups.
- Offering care for youth aged 14 and older in two groups.
Skills
- Experience working with children and teens is preferred.
- Compassionate and understanding approach to care.
- Ability to engage and involve parents in decision-making.

Residential Groups
Accommodation Offer
We offer accommodation and 24-hour care 365 days a year in seven different residential groups. The age range varies depending on the residential group.
- One residential group accepts children from 10 to 16 years old.
- Four residential groups accept children and adolescents between 10 and 18 years old.
- Two residential groups accept adolescents from 14 years old.
Location
The residential groups are located in the Heizenholz Residential and Day Centre in Höngg as well as distributed in other districts of the city of Zurich.
Parental Involvement
The parents of the children and adolescents living in the residential groups are involved as far as possible in the organisation of daily life and in fundamental decisions affecting their child. They are also supported in making changes they wish to implement in their dealings with their child.
Costs
The daily rate is for
- Children and adolescents from the canton of Zurich CHF 467
- Children and adolescents from other cantons CHF 467 IVSE-D (flat rate)
- Children and adolescents with IV support CHF 467 minus IV share
- Initial admissions as adults (over 18) CHF 557.00
Additional costs to be agreed individually are not included.
