Field of Activity

• In the position of Junior Product Manager with a focus on cooling lubricants, you take on a central role by actively managing and further developing our high-quality range
• You maintain close collaboration with the sales, marketing, and research & development departments
• You bring fresh and creative ideas and have a strong affinity for the demanding requirements in the efficient and gentle processing of all metallic materials, plastics, and aluminium alloys
• You plan and create sales promotion measures and ensure knowledge transfer through internal and external training sessions; for this, you prepare the necessary training materials
• The cross-company integration of Industry 4.0 for an efficient and sustainable value chain is also part of your responsibilities
• The creation, organisation, and maintenance of data sets also fall within your area of responsibility
• In close cooperation with the sales team, you ensure timely and effective market launches. Additionally, you support various forums, events, and trade fairs
• You keep an eye on the market, conduct competitor analyses, and develop proposals for expanding and streamlining the product range
• With your expertise and commitment, you contribute to our company’s successful market presence and optimal product positioning

Requirements

• Technical or commercial basic training (with a personal affinity for mechanics/technology) or business studies
• Further training or in training as a technical commercial clerk / marketing / business administration or product manager
• Good MS Office skills
• Experience in product or project management and preferably with cooling lubricants
• High initiative, commitment, and personal responsibility; independent working style
• Analytical thinking, future- and detail-oriented, strong implementation skills
• Confident German, very good English skills, French is an advantage
