You and your team are pioneers in implementing a holistic understanding of product, process, and occupational safety as well as sustainability in our company. You ensure that legal requirements are met, quality standards are achieved, and continuous improvements are implemented within the company. In doing so, you work closely with internal and external stakeholders and lead your team with clarity, focus, and high professional competence.

• Leadership and further development of the QEHS team as well as ensuring a high level of quality and safety awareness within the company
• Responsibility for the quality management system including certifications and internal audits
• Analysis and optimisation of processes with a focus on quality, occupational safety, and environmental standards
• Implementation and further development of safety and environmental programmes as well as monitoring compliance
• Creation and maintenance of relevant KPIs and reports for management and authorities
• Contact person for external partners, authorities, auditors, and internal stakeholders 

• Enjoyment and ability to lead a team of specialists, make them ambassadors, and successfully and timely complete the diverse tasks in the organisation and projects.
• Several years of experience in QEHS management, ideally in an industrial or production environment
• Knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) as well as experience in auditing
• Analytical thinking, assertive presence, and clear communication at all levels
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and high degree of independence
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
