Site Manager Cleaning (50%) Wanted

To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a reliable and experienced individual as a site manager in the cleaning sector (50%).
Your Tasks
As a site manager, you are responsible for organising and coordinating various cleaning assignments in the Canton of Bern. You will partly work actively in cleaning yourself while ensuring that the assignments are organised reliably and neatly.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Organisation and coordination of daily cleaning tasks
- Supervision and control of various cleaning sites
- Support and guidance of our cleaning staff
- Quality control
- Independent execution of cleaning tasks
- Ensuring a smooth process for our customers
Working Hours
The workload is 50%.
The regular working hours are generally between 07:00 and 11:00.
However, since our cleaning assignments take place depending on the customer between 07:00 and 17:00, a certain degree of time flexibility is required.
Important: This does not mean that you have to work from 07:00 to 17:00. Your task as a site manager is rather to organise your assignments and the tasks arising within this time frame sensibly. On individual days, assignments may therefore also take place later.

- Cleaning experience is absolutely essential
- Driving licence category B is absolutely essential

- Friendly and professional interaction with customers and staff
- Good knowledge of German
