Your tasks

• Professional management and coordination of building renovation projects with a focus on concrete work
• Work preparation, material disposition, and team deployment planning
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality requirements, and safety regulations
• Leadership, motivation, and guidance of employees on site
• Communication with clients, planners, and suppliers
• Control of costs, measurements, and billing

Your profile

• Completed construction or construction foreman training, ideally with experience in building renovation and concrete
• Sound knowledge in concrete repair and construction technical processes
• Leadership experience on site as well as organisational talent
• Independent and structured way of working
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Flexibility and resilience
