Your Responsibilities

• You take on product responsibility for financing products from strategic development and pricing through ongoing performance management to the market launch of new products.
• You actively drive the end-to-end digitalisation of the financing process and take on the development of requirements and functional concepts as well as implementation support with IT and specialist departments.
• You establish and maintain a strategic KPI dashboard and derive targeted optimisation measures from it.
• Together with the financing expert committee, you are responsible for the further development and compliance with all relevant directives and regulations in the mortgage business (e.g. FINMA, Basel III).
• You lead the bank-wide financing expert committee, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure clear communication, including process and product adjustments, release approvals, and training concepts.
• You monitor market, competition, and technology developments, analyse customer needs, and derive concrete product impulses.

What You Bring

• Several years of solid experience in lending at a Swiss bank is a must; you know the products, processes, and regulatory environment (FINMA, Basel III) firsthand.
• High IT and digitalisation affinity as well as strong interest in process optimisation and automation.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills combined with high implementation strength and initiative.
• Convincing communication and stakeholder management skills with sensitivity; you win people at all hierarchical levels with your positive charisma and can-do mentality.
• Completed business or technical studies (FH/University), ideally with further training in product management or digitalisation.
