Your area of responsibility

• As a member of the cross-functional team for Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Directory Services, you are responsible for the operation and further development of critical IT infrastructures such as Remote Services, Single Sign-On, certificate management, IAM, and Directory Services
• In your key role, you contribute in cooperation with various business stakeholders to the integration of over 800 applications into the IAM platform. Your expert knowledge is crucial for the success of projects and services in the IAM and Directory area
• With your PowerShell expertise, you automate services in collaboration with various stakeholders, optimize processes, and implement new system requirements
• You work closely with other teams in IT and support 2nd and 3rd level support, both in IT customer service and with external partners

Your experience

• You have a basic education in computer science (EFZ or higher education, e.g., HF) and can demonstrate solid knowledge in PowerShell scripting and practical experience in the area of Identity and Access Management (IAM) as well as Directory Services
• Your customer focus and service-oriented working style ensure the provision of excellent services
• You bring very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form and have pronounced analytical skills as well as a systematic, structured way of thinking
• Your proactive working style, high initiative, and pronounced communication skills, combined with team orientation and willingness to take responsibility, complete your profile
