ANMAT ImmoTreuhand AG is an owner-managed boutique property management company headquartered in Küssnacht am Rigi with a branch in Pfäffikon SZ. We focus on the professional, personal, and modern management of condominium ownership (STWE) and rental properties in Central Switzerland. We understand the needs of our current and future owners as well as our tenants and offer tailored services.

We are currently undergoing a transformation and are modernising our digital and procedural foundation with due care – so that we can continue to build on our strengths: courage for new things, personal closeness, and well-considered solutions.

Your Area of Responsibility

• You are the central contact person for owners, tenants, and partners – personal and reliable.
• You manage your own portfolio of condominium owner associations and rental properties in the canton of Schwyz – from our offices in Küssnacht am Rigi or Pfäffikon SZ. We will discuss where you start together.
• You prepare owners' meetings, lead them confidently, and implement resolutions accurately.
• You are responsible for budgets, annual accounts, renewal funds, and billing.
• You plan maintenance, oversee renovations, and coordinate craftsmen and specialists.
• You actively acquire new mandates in rental and condominium ownership and continue to expand your portfolio.
• In rental properties, you take care of everything – from letting to tenant changes to ongoing tenant support.

What You Bring

• Federal specialist certificate in property management, an equivalent qualification, or relevant professional experience
• Several years of experience in managing rental properties
• Solid practical experience in condominium ownership – even when meetings become demanding
• Enjoyment in actively acquiring mandates and expanding your portfolio
• A high standard of service quality and an eye for detail
• A high degree of independence and personal responsibility – you like to make decisions and stand by them
• Calmness when things get emotional and the skill to find solutions with all parties involved
• Enjoyment of digital tools and enthusiasm for actively shaping changes at the company and service level
